Description

An important step in the assembly process is placing the components on the board and for Surface Mount Devices (SMD) this is done with an automatic Pick and Place machine.

The High Speed SMD pick and place machine with 6 heads have automated registration and super fast component placement with built in checks that use a variety of cameras.

The PPM-C400GS transports PCB in a self-adjusting automatic rail system (standard) and can hold up 64pcs pneumatic feeders (Yamaha).
