Neoden Conveyor J15

NeoDen J15 conveyor is one of the largest premium conveyors in the industry, and it is built explicitly for SMT production lines.

You can use the J15 for PCB buffering functions, assembling PCBs, linking PCB equipment, and visually inspecting PCB or electrics during the quality analysis stage of development.

Despite being one of the most sizable conveyors offered by NeoDen, the design is compact and suitable even for a small warehouse. The conveyor length is 150cm, and it has a gross weight of 65kg. It contains an ESD belt, which provides static protection for the conveyor.

Users can adjust the speed manually, and there is a wide range of speed options built into the conveyor. These settings allow you to run the conveyor at any speed between .05mm/min and 400mm/min.

Width is also an adjustable feature on the J15, and its PCB widths range between 30mm and 300mm. PCB lengths range between 50mm and 620mm.
