The TH26090 is an accessory for the TH2690 electrometer/high resistance meter/femtoammeter/picoammeter, used to measure the volume or surface resistance/resistivity of insulating materials. The TH26090 has the following features:

1. Electrode size optional; three different sizes of electrodes to meet your DUT size requirements and meet the electrode size requirements of different standards.

2. Can be used in environments of 30℃~100℃.

3. Any contact pressure can be applied to the DUT.

4. Applicable test voltage: 1000V.

5. Applicable test current: 10mA.
