Description

This is a double station heat shrink tube heating machine, specially designed for the case where the heat shrink tube is located at the head of the wire, it can batch process multiple wires at the same time. The wire fixture can be customized according to the product, which can precisely limit the position of the heat shrinkable tube.

The heating chamber can move freely on the XY axis, and its moving position can be set in the program. The movement of heating chamber is driven by high-precision servo motors, so the heating position can be accurately controlled. When one of the stations is in the heating process, the other station can take and pay off the wire, so the work efficiency can be greatly improved.

It is heated by circulating hot air, the temperature in the heating chamber is balanced, and the heat shrinkable tube is heated evenly. It is often used in occasions with strict requirements on heat shrinking effect, such as the high-voltage wire processing industry of new energy vehicles.
