Description
The warm and low temperature tensile simulator equipment is capable of performing tensile compression tests on magnesium sheets in a warm (250 ℃ ) state .
For temperature homogeneity, a copper plate of 20 mm or more is installed to satisfy the temperature distribution in the 200 mm x 80 mm section of ± 1 ℃ .
• To prevent the bending phenomenon ( buckling ) of the specimen that occurs during material compression
It is equipped with a device that compresses and maintains a constant load on the upper heater plate with a pneumatic cylinder .
• Equipped with a non-contact laser extensometer with 0.001mm resolution
It is possible to precisely measure the strain generated during tension and compression of the material .
