The OMQ120C one-button measuring instrument is equipped with a dual telecentric high-resolution optical lens + a 10 million pixel industrial camera + a telecentric parallel backlight + a surface illumination light source, combined with a high-precision image algorithm, to achieve a one-button flash measurement function. This model can be equipped with an optional lifting ring light illumination device, which can improve the measurement of complex surface dimensions of machined products by adjusting the illumination height and brightness.

Traditional measuring instruments such as projectors, image measuring instruments, tool microscopes, profilometers, vernier calipers, micrometers, etc., face many problems during measurement, such as: the positioning of the measuring object, the origin positioning is time-consuming, the batch measurement operation takes a long time, different measuring personnel lead to different measurement results, and the data statistics management is complicated.
