Description

The SEM series large-stroke image measuring instrument is a newly developed gantry large-stroke CNC type fully automatic image measuring instrument developed by our company. It adopts a gantry structure (bridge type) with stable operating performance and a stable mechanism without deformation. The three axes of X, Y, and Z all use servo motors and all adopt double closed-loop motion control to ensure the stability of the motor during medium and high-speed movement and accurate positioning function. The Z-axis of the image can automatically focus and cooperate with the American Navitar automatic A zoom lens that enables automatic zooming without magnification correction.

This series of large-stroke fully automatic image measuring instruments are mainly used in industries such as PCB circuit boards, copper-clad laminates, flat glass, LCD modules, die cutters, and insulating materials.
