Description

FPS Simplex and Duplex Fiberglass Hard Piped Grinder Packages are designed to handle sewage wastewater transfer for light commercial or residential low-pressure sewer applications. FPS Grinder Packages are ideal for residential and light commercial sewage waste transfer where high head conditions exist.

Hard-Piped Grinder Package

• Fiberglass basin comes configured with hard-pipe installation
• 1-1/4″ SCH 80 PVC check valve and ball valve
• SCH 80 PVC discharge piping with union disconnect
• 4″ Adapt-A-Flex inlet 1-1/4″ FNPT discharge flange factory installed
• Cover is ribbed structural foam
• 2 hp GP Series automatic grinder pump eliminates the need for a control panel

Fiberglass Grinder Package

• Powerful 2 hp single-phase, 3450 rpm with capacitor start/run motor with built-in overload protection to prevent over-current and over-temperature damage
• High starting torque motor to handle the demands of grinding domestic sewage
• Epoxy-coated cast iron finish for corrosion resistance and durability
• Designed with a seven-vane, angled face, non-clogging, balanced brass impeller
• Tight cutting clearances for superior cutting action, grinding 414,000 cuts per minute
• NEMA 4X waterproof enclosure control panel with audible alarm, silence switch, red flashing light, and integral pump starting components for easy serviceability
• Three control float switches, On, Off, and High Water Alarm

• Basins are heavy-duty fiberglass material. Simplex basins are 24″ diameter, and are available in 60″, 72″, and 84″ depths
