Importance of proper Lubrication

Lubricants used with any diamond compound should be compatible with the carrier used to give the best cutting action possible, maintain even dispersion of diamonds and produce uniform finishes

The proper lubricant will reduce lapping time and also reduce the amount of diamond compoud needed to complete the lapping operation

OS Type IV Lubricant

This low-viscosity, oil-soulebe lubricant is compatible with oil-based slurries and compounds, including Hyprez Five-Star, Formula L, Hyprez OS and S1313-T4. In proper concentrations, it is also partially compatible with Hyprez W compound
