Description
This Weatherometer is equipped with calibrated lamps, specific filters, very accurately monitored irradiance, purified water, controlled atmosphere (humidity and temperature) and predefined light, dark and rain cycles durations to simulate a lighting exposure environment(both light and dark cycles), to determine color fastness to light, weather and light aging of various colored textiles and other materials, as for these applications, you can call this weather ometer a light fastness tester or fadeometer. In addition, It can shorten the testing time via using xenon arc irradiation in a chamber, that’s why it’s also called xenon arc weathermometer chamber.
