• Dytran series 7503 is a high precision triaxial variable capacitance (VC) accelerometer available in various g ranges for the X, Y and Z axes. The accelerometer combines an integrated VC accelerometer chip with high drive, low impedance buffer and differential output for low level acceleration measurements.
• Tailored for zero–to–medium frequency applications, the Dytran series 7503 contains hermetically sealed MEMS capacitive sensing elements, a custom integrated circuit amplifier and low noise electronics, housed in a lightweight titanium case.
