Description

The X# series is Nordson Matrix`s high-flexibility AXI platform. These machines are available with a huge variety of table options to ensure that it can be used in a wide range of applications, such as:

• SMT and solder joint inspection
• Power Hybrids
• FATP

Available Setups
According to its flexibility, this system is available with multiple setups:

• SMT Setup with sealed microfocus tube and CMOS flat-panel detector
• High-Power setup for Power Hybrids and IGBTs
• Ultra-High-Power setup for Pin-fin Power Hybrids and devices with high density materials
• FATP setup with a line-scan camera for final assembly testing

• X2#: 2D + SFT
• X2.5#: 2D + SFT + off-axis (2.5D)
