On Board Heating System MTDI

Description

The onboard heating  equipment is a device to simulate the bending process of a plate by repeating onboard heating and cooling using an  LPG gas burner .
The maximum flow rate of LPG is controlled from  0 to 100 l/min , and the maximum flow rate of  O2 is controlled from  0 to 300 l/min.

• By automatically adjusting the flow rate of  LPG and O2  gas, the desired amount of heat can be heated at a constant level .

• It is equipped with an automatic ignition device and can be ignited with a button without a separate ignition procedure .

• You can control the movement to the desired position using the  Joystick and the speed control dial, and you can freely change the  feed speed .

• It memorizes the position the user has moved to and reproduces the position with the same  pattern , so the same  pattern can always be tested .

• You can check the temperature distribution of the specimen at a glance by measuring up to  48 channels of temperature sensors simultaneously and expressing them in a  3D  graph .

• Cooling water in  4 directions is controlled according to the moving direction of the heating  torch .

•  500kg class  hoist is installed, so it is convenient to install and  remove specimens .
