– This  felt polishing head  is the ultimate material for polishing most materials in the final polishing stage. This felt polishing head can be used with ultrasonic polishing tools or at least using battery powered drills but the accuracy will not be high.

Note: The thing to pay attention to when polishing with this material is to choose the right polishing powder (polish solution), besides the rotation speed of the device is also a point that needs to be considered. heart.

When using a polishing compound as a solution, it is recommended to adjust the RPM of the machine at a low speed to avoid wasting liquid.
For dry polishing and grinding powders, you can soak the felt head in water, then dip the wet cloth into the powder so that the powder adheres to the felt.
For paste (in-cylinder) abrasives for grinders operating at low RPM. For the felt tip to contact the end of the pipe, turn the cylinder slowly to let the grinding compound come out, then the grinding compound will evenly cover the felt head.

Storing felt tips after use:  Once you have finished using them, store them in separate areas that do not come into contact with each other. Because when using different types of abrasive compounds with different grit, if they come into contact, the abrasive particles on the felt tips can be mixed, which can damage the sample if reused.
