Description:
The Neoden T5 Reflow Oven offers precision reflow soldering of surface mounting electronic components. It has a crawler-like structure with five distinct heating zones. Each zone (three up/ two down) evenly distributes the internal temperature for accurate craftsmanship.
The machine achieves its working temperature in 15 to 20 minutes. Each zone has independent heating and coding control, in addition to the cooling area, which uses a strong wind refrigerating system. The purpose of the zones are as follows:
• First Zone: rapid preheating
• Second zone: soldering
• Third zone: drying
• Fourth/Fifth zone: bottom-side heat
Internally, the Neoden Reflow Oven T5 has an AC motor to move the conveyor belt. Operators can adjust the speed with an electronic analog switch with sensitivity within a single degree. There is also a signal light that indicates the active operations and the accuracy of the temperature.
The T5 is compatible with most standard components, as well as LED and IC. The working power is 3kW, while the peak power is 7kW. The conveyor is one foot in width, regardless of whether consumers purchase the standard or desktop version. Each unit weighs 330 pounds and is 6.2′ x 2.3′ x 2.23′.
