- The Dytran model 3192A is a rugged IEPE piezoelectric accelerometer with a sensitivity of 1 V/g, a built–in Faraday shield for electrostatic noise immunity, excellent low frequency response of 0.5 Hz and the capability to resolve vibrations as low as 0.00007 g’s RMS.
- Design of the model 3192A incorporates an annular shear ceramic sensing element, packaged in a stainless steel housing with a 2–pin MIL–C–5015 axial connector and 1/4–28 mounting hole. The sensor is hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments and case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
