High-speed AXI system Nordson X2.5

Description

The X series is MATRIX`s high-speed AXI platform. The linear-motor driven table and detector axis-system ensures the highest possible speed with utmost accuracy for positioning.

Available Setups
This system is our flagship platform for SMT and solder joint inspection and is hence available with the SMT setup:

• Sealed microfocus tube
• CMOS flat-panel detector

Available Configurations
The X series machines feature the following configurations:

• X2: 2D + SFT
• X2.5: 2D + SFT + off-axis (2.5D)
• X3: 2D + SFT + off-axis (2.5D) + Planar CT (3D)

Handling and Traceability
For full product traceability the X series machines can be equipped with the BCR-2000 automatic barcode reader and are available with a variety of MES interfaces.
