The 7481 is a digital multimeter with a high resolution of 0.01 ppm in 8½ parts per million. Ideal for research and development, calibration institutions, and calibration of electronic components and semiconductor inspection systems.
It is possible to measure with high resolution of 10 nV for DC voltage measurement, 100 fA for DC current measurement, and 1 µΩ for resistance measurement. Guarantees high accuracy of 5 ppm / year (voltage measurement relative accuracy). In addition, since it has a built-in self-calibration function, it is possible to measure with high accuracy at any time, and even when calibrating from the outside, it is possible to calibrate with a small number of standard instruments.
The interface for the automation system is equipped with GPIB and USB as standard equipment, and is designed with a rear input terminal for system integration.
