Description
Fiber Fineness & Composition & Content Analyser, used to determine the fineness of fiber and analyze the composition and content of animal fiber, vegetable fiber and mineral fiber, such as cotton, wool, man-made fiber, etc. It is based on the digital image technology and interactive operation. Operator selects the objects, and then the system measures fiber and gets the statistic result automatically.
Fiber Fineness Test: By using the microscope to magnify the fiber and project to screen, then select fiber and the diameter will be calculated automatically.
Fiber Composition Test: Different fiber with different morphological feature, by using the microscope to magnify the fiber and project to screen, then observe the morphological feature of fibers, and compare with standard photos to ensure the composition of fiber.
Fiber Content Test: First do the fiber composition test, and then test the fiber diameter or cross section area as well as the number of fibers, then the software will calculate the fiber content automatically.
Note: A customized PC is needed for this instrument.
