The T8 Reflow Oven is an eight-zone product that provides advanced soldering capabilities to the PCB industry.

The multi-zone design ensures that each soldering process is handled individually, including 8 zones:

• Zone 1: Fast Preheat Zone
• Zones 2 to 3: Drying Zone
• Zone 4: Soldering Zone
• Zones 5 to 7: Bottom Heating Zones
• Zone 8: Cooling Zone

The cooling zone in the T8 benefits from a refrigeration system. The cooling component of the oven ensures that the soldered components of the PCB are brought down to a resting temperature more effectively, for example.

While the oven’s motor is designed to stand the test of time, the manufacturer still recommends regular maintenance to keep it functioning optimally. A lubricating oil should be applied to the motor at least twice a week, and the transmission chain in the drive motor should be lubricated monthly.

Owners of this oven will benefit from a sturdy design that isn’t susceptible to small interferences. The oven uses a 220V/380V power input and contains a conveyor length of 300mm. The gross weight (GW) of the product is 220kg.
