Neoden Conveyor J10

The NeoDen J10 is an external PCB conveyor that is highly effective at multiple stages of the SMT production process.

PCB producers use the J10 conveyor for PCB buffering, PCB equipment linking, manual PCB assembly, and the visual inspection components of a quality analysis process.

The conveyor provides adjustable speed settings that are customizable to your manufacturing company’s requirements. The conveying speeds range from 0.5mm/min to 400mm/min, and the machine utilizes an ESD belt.

Users of the J10 can manually adjust the width of the machine—precise adjustment measurements provide extensive options to users. The design of the conveyor prioritizes seamless functionality and efficient usage. The smooth nature of the product ensures that your PCB products will not get stuck during the manufacturing process.

The PCB width availability of the product ranges from 30mm to 300mm, and the PCB length of the product ranges from 50mm to 240mm.

The J10 utilizes a single-phase 220V 50/60HZ 100W power supply and offers a conveyor length of 100cm. The gross weight (GW) of the conveyor and its attached components is 53kg.
