- The Dytran model 3293A is a lightweight IEPE triaxial accelerometer with a high sensitivity of 500 mV/g. Design of the model 3293A incorporates miniature ceramic shear mode sensing elements, mounted to a single support and packaged in a light–weight, welded titanium housing, for a total weight of 8.8 grams.
- The model 3293A offers a low end frequency response of 0.25 Hz for excellent phase response at low frequencies. Units also have an electrical noise floor of 0.0002 g RMS, which allows for its excellent signal–to–noise ratio.
- Units feature an industry standard 4–pin radial connector and 5–40 tapped hole for stud mounting, and are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments.
