At a wide bandwidth of 20 Hz to 20 MHz, our bench power supplies continue to provide clean output at the lowest Vrms ≤ 1 mVrms (0.5 mVrms typical), leaving your signals uncontaminated and ensuring minimal interference to your Device-Under-Test (DUT).
