Description

• High-precision marble base, cantilever, and marble workbench ensure extremely high stability and rigidity.
• Precision-ground ball screws and high-precision guide rails, equipped with Japanese Panasonic servo motors and dual closed-loop motion control, provide high-speed and accurate positioning and motion stability.
• Equipped with an original 1.3 million pixel high-precision network CCD , using the company’s independently developed surface cold light source. The surface light consists of forty-eight independent groups of light sources. Each group is driven by a constant current source and is continuously adjustable to ensure high-quality measurement images.
• The embedded module developed by our company is used to control the motor, which improves the motor response speed and simplifies the interface between the instrument and the PC. The PC and the instrument are connected through a USB cable and an S- terminal cable.
• Automatically connect the zoom lens, and there is no need to manually re-check the accuracy after automatic zooming.
• Equipped with the company’s fully automatic measurement software SemVision , programmable automatic detection greatly improves measurement efficiency.
